This project was executed in partnership with Al-Ashiqaa Company with a planned duration of 400 days. The scope of work included the full construction of the directorate’s main building, comprising administrative offices, technical departments, and service facilities. The project integrated structural, architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems to deliver a modern, functional facility that supports the operational and administrative needs of the Northern Communications and Information Transmission Directorate in Nineveh.
