This project involved the rehabilitation of the women’s dormitory building at Northern Technical University (NTU) in Nineveh Governorate. The four-story, 1,600 m² building was partially damaged during the ISIS conflict in Mosul.

Play yard and garden landscaping

Painting

Mechanical work (AC package installation)

Complete electrical system installation

Funded by UNDP, the contract was valued at $806,438 USD, and our company successfully completed the project within 240 days.
